Our Services

There are a range of ways you can access our services, so that you can get the advice you need wherever you are in Kensington and Chelsea.

Our other services

We are proud to partner with funders who help us to deliver Citizens Advice services to clients in particular need or who are otherwise hard to reach.

HMP Wormwood Scrubs

Thanks to funding from the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation, we deliver advice to the residents and prison staff at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a category B men’s prison situated in White City. Our service has worked in the prison for over 20 years, advising prisoners so that they have the best chance returning to secure housing and incomes upon release, or advising their families while they are serving their sentences.

In partnership with the Dedicated Service at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council, and the NHS, we are able to ensure that bereaved and survivors of the Grenfell Fire, and members of the wider Grenfell community, are able to quickly access advice and support from our service. Our service has developed expertise of the challenges facing members of the Grenfell community, including issues around re-housing and accessing medical support after experiencing trauma.

Grenfell Bereaved and Survivors

In partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea our advisers take referrals from social services and NHS partners to provide income maximisation and advice services to people with complex health needs across our offices and outreach locations.
